Tensile Testing

is a destructive mechanical test method, which stretches or pulls a samples in a single direction until it breaks, evaluating the strength, stiffness, and ductility of materials to optimize product safety, performance, and durability.

Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)

determines the temperature and heat flow associated with material transitions as a function of time and temperature. It also provides quantitative and qualitative data on endothermic (heat absorption) and exothermic (heat evolution) processes of materials during physical transitions that are caused by phase changes, melting, oxidation, and other heat-related changes.

3-Point Bend (load testing)

is performed in a controlled environment measuring loading and unloading forces, as well as permanent set for our orthodontic wires and springs in accordance with ISO 15841 (Orthodontic Wires) and ISO 17254 (Spring for Use in Orthodontics).
